Our application process is designed to be simple and accessible to all Panchal students who demonstrate academic potential and financial need.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for an HPSSS scholarship, you must meet the following criteria:

• Belong to the Panchal community.
• Demonstrate academic excellence (minimum 60% marks in previous education).
• Have secured admission in an accredited college/university for the course applied for.
• Demonstrate financial need.

1. Download and Complete the Application Form:

2. Gather Supporting Documents: (See below for a list of required documents.)
3. Submission Options:
   • Option 1: Email: Scan the completed application form and supporting documents, and email them to hpsssharyana@gmail.com.
   • Option 2: Mail: Send the completed application form and supporting documents to Mr. Baljeet Singh Panchal,VPO Kheri Meham, Rohtak 124112.

Required Documents:

• Passport-size photograph.
• Copies of academic transcripts or mark sheets (10th, 12th/ITI Diploma, Graduation, Post-Graduation, or any other).
• Copies of ID proof and address proof (Aadhar Card, Passport, Voter ID, etc.).
• Income certificate of father/guardian or proof of family income (salary slips, tax returns, etc.).
• Death certificate (if applicable).
• Family ID.
• Documents confirming admission in the course and college/university.
• Other documents proving financial need.
• Bank account details.

Important Notes:

• The society will conduct a social verification process to confirm the applicant’s financial need.
• The final decision on scholarship awards rests with the Hamara Panchal Samaj Shiksha Samiti’s review committee.
• Scholarships will be awarded based on merit, financial need, and the availability of funds.
